DyCo Forest Products, located in Newbern, TN, is one of West Tennessee’s oldest pallet manufacturers. From wooden pallets, and crates, to specialty shipping containers, we have you covered. Founded in 1988 under the name Dyersburg Pallet, located in Dyersburg, TN. In 2018, management expanded the operation out of Dyersburg to a much larger facility, located in Newbern, TN.

Product Offering

Pallets:

DyCo Forest Products can build any pallet of any size. We have the capability of using many species of wood. From mixed hardwoods to green pine or kiln dried pine, depending on the specific application. Stringer or block pallets, 4-way entry ,and wing pallets are produced. Refurbished pallets using reclaimed boards are also offered. Our Pallets are built by hand though we leverage current technologies like Automatic Nailers to our advantage as well.

Crates:

Shipping crates and specialty parts crates are available. Plywood, OSB, or open crates are just a few types of crate options that we offer.

Lumber:

We cut roughly 1.5 million board foot per year with our in-house gang rip saw and band saw lines. We can cut custom dimensional lumber for any specific use. 

ISPM-15:

We have a heat-treating facility located on the premises so that we can meet our customer’s ISPM-15 requirements. 

Delivery:

DyCo Forest Products has its own fleet of trucks to ensure prompt delivery for our customers. We ship on small trucks, large trucks - Flatbeds or van. We also offer full and LTL deliveries.

Custom sawing and cutting:

DyCo Forest Products manufactures dunnage stacking stickers, as well as, band groove material. We have the capability to cut band grooves in lumber per customer needs.
